Privacy notice

This launch version lets you request a courier quote and contact Postway for parcel updates. It does not create customer accounts or take online payment.

Information you choose to provide

If you request a quote or status update, you may share contact details, collection and delivery addresses, parcel measurements and a Postway reference. The quote page sends address information to Geoapify for address suggestions and to The Courier Guy to calculate courier rates. If you choose to email Postway, the email is prepared in your email application and is sent only when you send it.

How we use it

Postway uses the information you submit to respond to your request, confirm service availability and support parcel delivery. Please do not send payment card details or passwords by email or WhatsApp.
